Benta Wawasan Sdn. Bhd. or BWSB is a Malaysian company, based in Tawau district of Sabah. BWSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Innoprise Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (ICSB), a commercial arm of the Sabah Foundation.
BWSB has been trusted to an area amounted 53,528 hectares within the Kalabakan and Gunung Rara forest reserves. It has earmarked to develop 44,570 hectares in the most environmentally friendly way for a period not exceeding thirty-five (35) years.
The area given was inclusive of Acacia mangium trees planted at the total area of about 16,700 hectares and being fully converted to oil palm planting by 2013.
